Shipping- We ship to New Zealand address only, for Pacific Island ( Fiji, Samoa, The Cook Islands, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Tonga) and other Worldwide destinations, please order at our Australia Website www.laptopskeyboard.com.au
- All orders will be shipped 2nd business days by NZ CourierPost from Sydney's distributor central with SIGNATURE DELIVER REQUIRED.
- Shipping and handling fee is calculated upon destination and item quantity. Parcel is delivered to destination around 2-4 working days.
- Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges and/or postage and handling fee.
- Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
- When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail confirmation which will include parcel number which can be used to track your order.

Return & Refund Policy- It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will try our best to solve your problem.
- All returns must be made within fifteen (15) days after the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.
- Keyboard not refundable after 30 days from invoiced date.
- Any refund is only refund the cost of item, the Postage and handling fee is not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for paying any postage and handling fee after 30 days warranty return.
